Stunning spot near Wiveliscombe! 🌳🍽️
Welcoming staff with a lovely lemon cake upon arrival! The room was snug and super clean, the perfect space to relax. Had a delicious brekkie that set us up for the day!
Bit of a limited menu, but the options we had were really good!

Oh mate, the hot and cold sandwiches were top-notch, truly a culinary adventure! The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast spread was a delightful mix – even the kids loved it! We also had a wonderful evening dinner that made the stay all the more special.
I arrived at the property to find it locked up and was left standing in the rain. The property tour felt a bit rushed, leaving me a touch confused about the layout. For nearly £100 a night, I was missing a bath robe to complete the luxury vibe.

charming, charming, charming
My family stayed for two nights and absolutely loved every moment! The Deluxe Double or Twin Room was spotlessly clean and featured comfy beds that made for restful nights. We enjoyed a delightful evening dinner that showcased high-quality cuisine, and the homemade ice cream was a flavorful treat that I can't stop thinking about!

Great room with yummy handmade brownies, but the shower setup was a hassle.

The food here is top-notch, with standout dishes like the featherblade steak in treacle and black garlic that left a lasting impression. The homemade ice cream is a must-try. you won't regret squeezing in a scoop after dinner.
I found the bathroom situation a bit tricky. the 'shower' was really a bath with a shower head, which wasn't ideal for washing my hair. The cleanliness could use improvement, with a patch of damp on the ceiling and dusty tea facilities. don't expect breakfast if you book through third-party sites—kind of an oversight for a nearly £100 night stay.

The warm welcome from the staff set a positive tone, and the handmade brownies in the room were a delightful touch. the room had a bath that made showering a cumbersome task, and it lacked cleanliness, with signs of damp and flies present.
